The homes
There are three different house models at Tuinpark. Most of the houses are semi-detached or in a terrace of three. There is a spacious living room on the ground floor with a semi-open kitchen, which has a cooking area and dining area. The kitchen has an electric hob, stainless steel extraction fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and combination microwave oven. There are three bedrooms on the first floor; the master bedroom runs along the entire width of the house. Most of the bedrooms have a French balcony. There is also a bathroom and storage cupboard on the first floor.

Surrounding area
Tuinpark is a peaceful neighbourhood bordered by greenery with a lot of private space in the Terwijde district. Tuinpark's sheltered character is emphasised by the large amount of greenery. The street running through Tuinpark is a pleasant residential area. You have the convenience of being able to unload your groceries from the car at your front door, but without the nuisance of having cars parked on the street. There are parking facilities right next door in the private car park in De Boemerang building.


There is a supermarket and primary school within walking distance of Tuinpark. Terwijde train station is less than 500 metres away. There are play areas throughout the neighbourhood and a children's farm within walking distance. The Haarrijnse Bad is a nearby recreational lake where you can cool off in the summer.


Terwijde is situated close to the A2 and A12 motorways and the Terwijde train station. The city centre and other areas of Utrecht are also easily accessible by excellent cycling routes. Bus lines 19, 26 and 39 (from GVU) stop close by.
